After placing your order, send us the content you'd like displayed and we'll prepare and preload it onto your Emblemotion before shipping.

There is no fixed number of files, but their combined size must remain within 70MB.

After ordering:

1. Prepare your images, animations or GIFs.
2. Send the files to our customer service team with your order information.
3. Keep the combined file size within 70MB.
4. We preload your selected content.
5. Your personalized Emblemotion is prepared for shipping.

⚠️ One Important Thing to Know

Please choose your content carefully.

The current version does not support customer-side uploading, deleting or replacing content after delivery. Your requested content must therefore be sent to us before your order is prepared.
